This picture took inspiration from the pier and beach of Cromer in Norfolk. It was also inspired by a fund-raising event which had a vintage seaside theme.Everyone dressed up in wonderful outfits and Lucy loved creating this quintessentially classic English themed painting and giving it a saucy, edgy twist! She relished using primary colours and simple shapes and patterns to create a whole collection of images and products where this sits as the central piece.
